Questions
Is this financial advice?
No. These are estimates from a standard monthly calculation. Your lender's own schedule will differ because of daily interest, payment dates, resets and rounding.
Do you need my credit score or documents?
Not for the free checks. In an account you can add your loan summary, sanction letter and credit report so we can give you a full report. They are read in your browser. We keep the figures, not the files, and we never pull your credit report ourselves.
How do you make money?
Everything is free for now, including My account. If we ever add a paid plan, we will tell you first. We take no commission from any lender, and no lender pays to be shown.
Which loans does it cover?
Home loans with a monthly EMI, floating or fixed. Other secured loans may come later.
Is my data stored?
Free checks store nothing unless you tick "Remember my details on this device". With an account we store your email and the loan figures you save. You can delete everything from the account page at any time.
