About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and DGK Technologies, which runs LoanCheckup. By using the site or an account you accept them and our Privacy policy. You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract in India.

What we do, and what we are not

LoanCheckup helps you understand your loans: calculators, a reader for loan summaries (KFS), switch-or-stay and part-payment checks, lender rates, and a paid account that keeps your loans together and emails you when something is worth acting on.

We are not a lender, bank, NBFC, loan agent, DSA or credit bureau. We do not sell, arrange or recommend any loan or insurance, and we do not pass your details to lenders. No lender pays us. We are not a registered investment adviser, tax adviser or lawyer.

Estimates only. Not financial advice, not a lender offer, and savings are not guaranteed. Your lender's own schedule will differ because of daily interest, payment dates, rate resets and rounding.

• Results depend on what you enter and on the assumptions we show. See how we calculate.
• Lender rates and fees come from public sources and carry the date we checked them. They change often, and your offer depends on your profile. Confirm everything with your lender in writing.
• Our document reader can misread a paper. Check what it shows against your original.
• Credit scores come from the bureaus, not from us.

Your account and what you add

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, so keep that mailbox safe and tell us if someone else gets in. Add only papers that are yours or that the owner has let you use. You keep ownership of what you add and allow us to process it only to give you the service. You can delete it any time.

Please do not misuse the site: no unlawful use, no false or duplicate rate submissions, no scraping or automated bulk use without our written permission, no attacks or reverse engineering. We may suspend an account that does.

Free for now, and any paid plan later

Every tool and My account are free for now. We do not take payments today.

• If we add a paid plan later, we show the price, the period it covers and that taxes are included where they apply, before you pay.
• Payments would be handled by a payment provider, and we would never see your card, UPI or bank details.
• A paid plan would be a one-time payment with no automatic renewal, a full refund if you ask within 7 days, and at least 30 days' notice before any price change.
• Anything you saved while it was free stays yours.

How we make money

We do not make money from this site today. We take no commission, fee or payment from any lender, and lenders are listed by published rate, not by payment. If that ever changes, or we add a paid plan, we will say so where it matters and update this page first.

Complaints and grievances

We acknowledge within 2 working days and resolve within 30 days. Include your account email, what happened and what you would like us to do. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India (about your data), the National Consumer Helpline 1915 or your Consumer Commission via e-Daakhil. For a problem with your lender, write to the lender's grievance officer first, then use RBI's complaint portal (cms.rbi.org.in); we are not a lender and cannot fix a loan.

We never ask for your OTP, PIN, password, card number or bank login. If someone claiming to be us does, do not share anything and tell us.

Our responsibility

The site is provided as it is. We work hard to be right, and we fix mistakes quickly, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, or that a result will save you money. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or for decisions you make about your loans, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits liability the law does not let us limit, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes, ending and law

You can stop using the site and delete your account any time. We may end an account that breaks these terms. If we change these terms in a way that affects your rights or money, we email you at least 30 days ahead. Indian law applies. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, but you may also file a consumer complaint where you live or work. This is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and needs no signature.
